1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, making a purchase, or otherwise using the Treasured Love Tales platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.

2. User Accounts

To use certain features of the service, particularly creating and purchasing a book, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account and the information you provide.
• Notify us immediately if you discover or suspect any security breaches related to the service or your account.

3. AI Generation and Content

Treasured Love Tales uses advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate textual narratives and illustrations based on the inputs you provide. By using our platform, you understand and agree that:

• The output is generated by algorithms and may occasionally produce unexpected, inconsistent, or inaccurate results.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing the generated content and editing it to your satisfaction before finalizing your purchase.
• You will not input any sensitive personal data, explicitly violent elements, non-consensual sexual content, or hate speech into our prompts. We employ automated filters to block such content and reserve the right to ban accounts attempting to generate violating materials.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Inputs: You retain all ownership rights to the original text, names, descriptions, and ideas you input into the platform. You grant us a limited license to process this data to generate your book.

Generated Output: Upon completing the purchase of a customized book, you are granted a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual license to use, display, and share the generated final book (both digital PDF and physical copies) for your personal, non-commercial use. Treasured Love Tales retains the underlying rights to the AI engine architecture and base artistic styles.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code or AI models from our platform.
• Using our platform to generate spam, defamatory materials, or content intended to harass or impersonate others.
• Attempting to bypass our automated content safety filters or exploiting the system to avoid payment.
• Reselling the generated books commercially without an explicit commercial license agreement from Treasured Love Tales.

6. Payments and Refunds

Given the highly customized and digital nature of the generated books, standard refund policies differ from physical off-the-shelf products:

• Digital Downloads: Due to the immediate access to the high-resolution generated PDF, purchases of Digital Only books are strictly non-refundable once the generation process is completed and the file is delivered.
• Physical Books: If your physical printed book arrives damaged or contains a printing error (e.g., blank pages, misaligned cuts not present in the digital proof), we will gladly send a replacement at no cost. You must report the issue within 14 days of receipt with photographic evidence.
• User Errors: We are not responsible for typos, misspelled names, or unedited AI generation artifacts that you approved during the review phase before checkout.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Treasured Love Tales, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
